POTLUCK MN Food Hall is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our workers and customers. To ensure that, we have developed the following COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Managers and workers are all responsible for implementing this plan. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplaces and communities, and that requires full cooperation among our workers, management and customers. Only through this cooperative effort can we establish and maintain the safety and health of our workplaces.

POTLUCK has taken every precaution to ensure a safe environment for our diners and employees. Below is an outline of areas and practices that we have implemented for your safety.

enhanced cleaning

We take our role as a responsible member of our community seriously and are taking actions based on the mandate of local and global health authorities so we can help reduce the spread of the virus. Our management team will continue to provide essential services to the POTLUCK and monitor local public health and CDC channels for information and will be sure to share information as it becomes available. As part of following local public health officials and the CDC, we are taking the following procedures to ensure the sanitation of POTLUCK:
  • Hand sanitizer stations at each entrance as well as high traffic areas and touch points.
  • Seating areas and bathrooms are cleaned multiple times daily.
  • Appropriately spacing the furniture at our seating areas.
  • Housekeeping service has been on-site during the center’s closure deep cleaning and sanitizing POTLUCK.

pick-up instructions

Most of the vendors within POTLUCK are offering curbside and in-mall pick-up or delivery. Please visit potluckmmn.com and select Order For Pick-Up. Please check with each individual vendor to view their menu, hours of operation, and additional information.

Follow these three steps to get your food safely:

Order Your Favorites
Place an order from your favorite POTLUCK vendors through potluckmn.com. Be sure to specify curbside or in-mall pick-up in the special instructions.
2.

Arrive & Park
For curbside pick-up, please park in one of the designated parking spots near the POTLUCK street entrance. Contact the restaurant to notify them of your arrival, parking space number and vehicle description. For in-mall pick-up, please wait inside the mall and practice social distancing.
3.

Receive Food
A restaurant representative will deliver your food to you.
